The England international squared up to Nicolas Jover - who used to work at City - moments after the defending Premier League champion's defeat at the Emirates on Sunday.
The incident was sparked by Walker's furious snubbing over Jover's offer of a post-match handshake, which the set-piece specialist didn't bite his tongue over.
An angry Walker took umbrage with something the German-born Frenchman said and decided to square up to him, with Erling Haaland backing him up.
